Having purchased an Electric car I was looking for a charger and an installer to sort out the job for me. The installer offered by the charger company had dreadful reviews so I decided to source my own, and I was very glad I did. Simmo came and quoted quickly, explained the technical details and what he would do. We agreed a date for the install, Simmo arrived at 8am, was straight on with the job which was finished immaculately, all cleared up and sorted by 3pm (and this was a tricky install, xgarger in garage with the supply a long way away). I am delighted with the work which exceeded my expectations. I can thoroughly recommend SKU Electrical without hesitation.

We had our fuse box moved and a new cable ran for an induction hob. Excellent job carried out in a professional manner. I would highly recommend SKU Electrical and will use them again for any future electrical work that needs doing.

100% impressed with SKU! Recently moved home and relalised a lot of work needed. So important to know it was done thoroughly and to a high standard for safety and peace of mind. EICR and upgrades to fuses/circuits (I don't know precise jargon for everything but I needed a qualified specialist!) and numerous remedial works to light fittings and sockets around the home. Simmo arrived on time, worked diligently with minimum disruption, explained what I needed to understand, and left things neat and tidy. Definitely recommend and will always use again in future!

I can’t recommend this electrician (Simmo) enough. From start to finish professional and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. First encounter was as an emergency call out. Came when Siera said he would. Second visit to complete Works that was needed and explained to site manager the issues. Simmo was great and I even requested again to do work for me with an outside socket and security lights. All done with efficiency and made me feel calm knowing it’s all now been done correctly. SKU have been excellent. We had an emergency call out and they responded late one evening and came out early next day to fix the fault. Following this they have done further work to a high standard at both our house and property we let. This is remedial work and installations of fuse boxes. Competitively priced, professional and quick to respond, I would highly recommend.

His inspection was extremely thorough, and the work was impeccable, and well priced. We had a fair bit done, new consumer unit, lots of remedial work done on dodgy old systems, new power outlets, wiring, new lights, etc and he made it look so easy. His work is incredibly neat and logical, and he explained what he was doing, and why he was doing it. I learned a lot from him, he really is a legend. All this was done with a smile on his face throughout, and he was incredibly polite, friendly, professional, and very respectful of our property. My wife selected SKU Electrical based on their reviews, I'll admit I was a bit skeptical - I ran the quotes past electrician friends further away in the country who said his pricing was spot on. Work carried out was excellent - thorough and mostly importantly done in the time he quoted, he found multiple issues with an aging new build house and was able to fix them for a good price and issue the EICR shortly after. He's bloody thorough with what he does and everything is done to the latter of the law and meets the highest standards, would recommend.

I would highly recommend SKU Electrical if you require an elcetrician. Communication was quick and easy via WhatsApp. My issue was dealt with the same day I made the enquiry. Work was done to a high standard and I will certainly be using again in the future.

Came out to find and fix a fault with the electric shower which meant it kept turning itself off. The gentleman was professional and polite, he was able to locate and fix the problem quickly and for a good price Cant fault the service and will happily use again in future when needed

I contacted this company for help to check my wiring as an emergency when I discovered a wall socket outlet supplying power to the washing machine was smoking and melting. The response was quick, the wiring checked, made safe and a temporary socket fitted until fused spurs and independent socket outlets could be installed after my return from holiday. This was done quickly and efficiently on my return. As this incident happened in the week leading up to Christmas and a few days before my holiday, I was so relieved that the company were prepared to respond as a priority and to reassure me that all was safe, because I feared a fire would start. I therefore thoroughly recommend them to anyone seeking electrical work of any kind and I give them a five star rating.
